Courtenay Basement Stairwell
Tui Developments has been hard at work replacing a basement stairwell at a family home in Courtenay. The new and improved stairwell is sturdier, safer, and visually the wooden stairs tie in beautifully with the rest of the home. It is always a pleasure to marry style and safety during a renovation like this!
Royston Barn
Tui Developments recently worked on converting an old, unused barn in the Royston area into a modern attractive space. Making use of alternative materials, like metal siding on the inside wall to help offset the beautiful wooden door, creates a feeling of durability and usability. On the outside the skillion roof helped reduce the building costs, and adding a deck allows for both inside and outside living. All-in-all a very satisfying renovation.
Savary Island Cabin
Renovating this cabin on Savary Island was a pure joy. The end result is a modern spacious feel in a rustic island getaway.

In this case Tui Developments removed the old siding and front-facing gables and replaced it with shingle and board, including post-and-beam finishing!
