Large Deck with Privacy Screens
This large deck was built in Comox, BC. At the request of the client, we installed privacy screens for the hot tub and eating area. The pergola added a bit of privacy from the summer sun.
Bathroom Renovation: Natural Stone and Heated Floor
Here are some before and after of a recent bathroom renovation. The client requested stacked natural stone shower walls with a pebble stone shower floor. We also installed an 18 x18 heated tile floor, in a lighter colour.
Comox Bathroom Remodelling
Tui Developments is very pleased with the remodelling of this Comox guest bathroom. Updating to a modern style and adding the glass and metal shower doors really made a huge difference.
Courtenay Basement Stairwell
Tui Developments has been hard at work replacing a basement stairwell at a family home in Courtenay. The new and improved stairwell is sturdier, safer, and visually the wooden stairs tie in beautifully with the rest of the home. It is always a pleasure to marry style and safety during a renovation like this!
Royston Barn
Tui Developments recently worked on converting an old, unused barn in the Royston area into a modern attractive space. Making use of alternative materials, like metal siding on the inside wall to help offset the beautiful wooden door, creates a feeling of durability and usability. On the outside the skillion roof helped reduce the building costs, and adding a deck allows for both inside and outside living. All-in-all a very satisfying renovation.
